The Process
Design & Engineering
Each project begins with detailed CAD modeling and structural analysis. We validate load capacity, material stress, and visual proportion before cutting a single piece of stock.
Material Selection
We source solid surface materials, powder-coated steel, and engineered hardwoods from vetted suppliers. Every batch is inspected for consistency in grain, finish, and dimensional tolerance.
Fabrication
CNC routing, laser cutting, and precision welding happen in-house. Our fabrication team works to tolerances of ±0.5mm on critical dimensions, ensuring parts fit without shimming or forcing.
Finishing & Assembly
Hand-sanding, primer, and multi-coat finishing are applied in our controlled spray environment. Final assembly includes leveling hardware and protective pads for every contact surface.
Quality Inspection & Shipping
Every unit is inspected against a 22-point checklist before custom crating. We ship via white-glove freight to ensure fixtures arrive in the same condition they left our shop.
